I’m going to be branching off my usual topic of the Dallas
Mavericks to share some tips on how to stay up to date with social media
trends. With the season over for the
Mavericks with a tough Game 7 loss to the San Antonio Spurs, I felt shifting
gears to another passion of mine, social media.
Technology has been moving at an extremely rapid pace in the
last 10 years or so, and with the evolution of social media there are no signs
of slowing down. When working in the
world of social media one of the most important skills you can have is being
able to stay up to date with social media trends.
Falling behind on the times can seriously put you behind
other social media strategists and enthusiasts.
If you discover a social medium months later, it may be already too late
to be one of the leaders in the field, and to be at the forefront of the
movement.
Because staying up to date is so important, I would like to
share some tips for keeping up with social media.
